One: Never listen to those who tell you what you should be, listen to your own inner voice, how do you want to be? Otherwise, your life will be wasted.

Two: Don’t use a mask — stay honest no matter the cost! If you are angry, be angry. Blockages occur in the body of a person who suppresses his anger. Anger is discharged from two points, nails and teeth. People who suppress their anger for a long time eat more, smoke more, and talk more; because their jaws need to work in order to somehow release a little energy. And the hands of angry people become ugly and crooked. If you suppress anything, the place in the body corresponding to that emotion is affected. If you don’t want to cry, your eyes lose their shine, because tears are necessary. Remember, if you cannot shed tears from within, you cannot laugh, because that is the other extreme. If you want to laugh, laugh, there is nothing wrong with laughing loudly.

Third: Be authentic. Stay true to the present moment, because all lies leak from either the past or the future. The past is past, don’t dwell on it, don’t carry it like a burden. Don’t worry about the future unnecessarily, otherwise the future will take over and destroy the present, and what hasn’t happened yet hasn’t happened yet. Stay true to the present, and then you will be authentic. To exist here now is to be authentic.

With love,

Kenan
